Plantain Flour
Our plantain flour is made from unripe plantains. It is rich in potassium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium, as well as in Vitamins A, B6, and C. Plantain flour is a great substitute for wheat when creating baked goods, pasta and other dishes.

Cassava Flour
Our cassava flour is made by grating and drying the fibrous cassava root. Cassava flour has potassium, choline, folate,
Vitamin A, C, Magnesium and calcium. Additionally, cassava flour has a low fat content compared to other gluten-free flours and can serve as a wheat substitute.

Sweet Potato Flour
Our sweet potato flour is made by grating and drying the sweet potato roots. It contains potassium, β-carotene,
thiamin, iron, vitamin C, and proteins. Furthermore, sweet potato flour can add natural sweetness, color, and flavor to baking mixes.
